Stock market:
Warren Buffett has his famous two rules about investing. But I would say for myself the biggest thing I learned were these ideas:
·
When you own a stock, you own part of a company. So study what makes a good company.
·
Risk management is everything. Which means keep your positions very small.
·
The unexpected always happens.
·
I had to model myself after the greatest investors in history.
·
Politics is short-term, economics is medium term, innovation is long-term.
I’ve since run a successful hedge fund, fund of hedge funds, I’ve done many successful angel investments, and I’ve written about stocks and investing for 17 years in books, in the Wall Street Journal, in the Financial Times, and with regular appearances on CNBC. ( James Altucher)
In my view, mutual funds, the best way to secure your money and make profits at the same time.
many funds are about real estate properties, real estate funds profits increase all the time and you would still own the property.
Turkey still on the top of the list regarding this issue.
I think that Turkey is a perfect choice for your investments, there are many options with great rewards. for instance, Turkey has regulated a law that offers you Turkish Citizenship by investing your money.
you would have two options:
1- Real Estate investment: in order to get the citizenship you need to invest 250K$ in real estate (such as houses, raw lands…..etc), the expected period to get the citizenship is 60 days, however, you would encounter some challenges all the way, such as extra paperwork, paying all taxes and fees, you need to take care of the property, and find a tenants.
2. The other way is easier and more profitable, by investing 500K$ you would get the Turkish citizenship along with a huge revenue, there is a company called RE-PIE which is managing more than 75M$, you can easily invest your money in one of their funds in order to secure your money.
They have a strict controlling system that prevents the occurrence of any mistake along the way, your money will be secured in a dependent custodian account, no money will be spent out of your account without the permission of a dependent auditor and the bank committee.
there is a governmental evaluation committee who monitors the company's performance step by step (SPK).
The managing committee is very experienced and well performed, they have done many projects with great success.
